All products sold on Underdog are non-refundable. This applies to both cards, wax, and Singles.

We allow cancellation of show participation and a full refund if customer service is notified 21 days before the day of the show.

In the even you buy an item such as wax that has a defect, we will always do our best to work with distributors and or manufacturers to help resolve your issue.
